About Best public golf courses in indiana between Indy and Fort Wayne

Best public golf courses in indiana between Indy and Fort Wayne?
My company has a work meeting in the beginning of October and are looking for a really good public golf course in Indiana. They were hoping to find something that is a middle point between fort wayne and indianapolis but could be outside of that if needed but looking for easy commute from indy airport. Any recommendations would be great.look for something challenging, good condition and have a full service bar/restaurant..:thanks

Dude, you have to play Purgatory Golf Club. It's in Noblesville, right outside of Indy. The course is hella long, but has multiple tees and each hole is named. My favorite is #17 which is named Hell's Half Acre which is kind of strange being that it's a par 3 hole, but when you see the amount of bunkers, have fun. Other options in the Indy area are the Trophy Club, Brickyard Crossing(across the street from the speedway), The Fort, Praire View, and The Links at Heartland Crossing

About Where can I find a cheap convertible top in Fort Wayne, IN for my 1990 Lebaron

Where can I find a cheap convertible top in Fort Wayne, IN for my 1990 Lebaron?
It really needs some work!! The back window and the whole top is being held together with duct tape. I know it's funny but the car runs great and I bought it for $250.00 from my ex brother in-law

About Where can I find a Great Dane breeder in the Fort Wayne area

Where can I find a Great Dane breeder in the Fort Wayne area?
I have never had a Great Dane, but I plan on getting on as soon as I get my work/school schedule worked out for good. I have read many books and online websites dedicated to Great Danes to find out more about the breed. So now I know the basics about owning a Great Dane so I can be prepared. But I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good Great Dane breeders in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area? I am looking for someone with a lot of experience and it's always good to find someone less expensive than most. Thanks!

Answer 1 :
To find a reputable breeder, you should go through the official parent club of the breed. (gdca.org) You can then do a search by state. Indiana only has one recognized Great Dane breeder, who is located in Milan, IN. There are also a few in Ohio. This is the only place I would suggest going for AKC-worthy quality Great Dane puppies... they also screen their puppies for health, which is quite a bit more comprehensive than just a regular vet visit. Going through the parent club ensures top-quality puppies bred to standard. Anywhere else, there's a lot more of a chance you'll run across a "backyard breeder" who won't have their puppies health screened or vaccinated, and you could spend a lot more money in the long run.
Answer 2 :
Since price is a concern, you may want to consider adopting a Dane through a rescue. You can find breeders & breed rescue groups both at www.akc.org
Answer 3 :
Go to PetFinder.com. TYpe in dog, breed dog you want and of course your zip code you live in. It does close by searches. There are pictures to of the dog usually and the behavior. Its a very good site
Answer 4 :
I agree, there are some wonderful Danes to be found in rescues. I've been lucky enough to share my life with quite a few of them over the years. I'm glad to see that you have researched the breed and done your homework. One tip I'll pass along - NEVER feed puppy food to a Dane. They should have adult food because of the proportions of fat and protein, to prevent joint and bone problems. Danes are a very slow maturing breed, they are not mature until they are 3 years old. Naturally, with a breed this size, everything is going to cost more - food, vet bills etc. Adult Danes are calm dignified dogs, but it takes a LOT of time and effort to get them that way. Six to 12 month old Dane puppies can be the "puppy from hell" at times when they get into the chewing phase. Most important is that they go to obedience classes right away, there is nothing worse than an out-of-control 150 lb dog, and that is the reason that many come into rescue. They need a firm and consistent upbringing, they are not a breed for the novice dog owner.
Answer 5 :
Are you looking for a quality Dane or just a Dane? Rescues do have Danes and sometimes, they even get a quality Dane. Most of what I see in rescue is poor quality and they have not been treated well. Most of these will respond to a loving home with totaly devotion. They appreciate being loved. As for a quality Dane, if you are looking to breed or show, they can be expensive. If you want a quality Dane, then look for the best breeder in your area. They will sell the pet quality pups for less, about the same price as the BYB want for their pups. Pet quality does not mean that there is sometime wrong with the pup. It usually means that the pup does not have the right markings to be shown. Quality breeders will also require that the pup be spayed or neutered

Answer 1 :
maybe they mean, smell it
Answer 2 :
haha, funny, tell them you are taking it to the restroom to try it
Answer 3 :
maybe it meant to use a little on your hand to smell the fragrance? or the softness?
Answer 4 :
Use it on your arm hair..
Answer 5 :
Haha, I think it was more of a "smell me" thing. Although I bet the salesgirls would get a kick out of you trying to actually use it! :-)
Answer 6 :
They have sinks in their stores.
Answer 7 :
These were put out by store morons who dont know any better. Do you honestly expect people of intellect to work AT THE MALL!!!!!???!?!! You might as well equate them with people who work at Burger King - they work there because they have no degree and have no choice.
Answer 8 :
i never thought of that. i guess i've never seen anyone washing their hair there. just smell it!
Answer 9 :
thats wierd
Answer 10 :
It's probably just to smell it and feel the texture of it. They may have sample bottles you can purchase cheaply to take it home and really try it out.
Answer 11 :
LOL! I always wondered that. I guess they mean for you to just test the scent to see if it's something you would like. Oh well, I love B&BW.
Answer 12 :
1. Smell it 2. Put it on your hand, feel texture, etc. 3. Go to the sink (assuming they have one in yours), and just try it on part of your hair. Paper towels should be provided. Of course, I wouldn't do this... lol
Answer 13 :
ask them to use the employee bathroom and wash in the sink DUH your only supposed to smell it not actually use it if everyone that went into the store used it they would need to restock everything every few days and lose alot of money too
Answer 14 :
i gues it means to go to the sink and use it on a little strand of hair.... i dont know it prob. a smell me thing
Answer 15 :
Oh man I hate that. Last time I went to Bath and Body works and tried on soap because I didn't read the bottle. Hands were all gooey until I got to a bathroom to wash it off.
Answer 16 :
ha ha idk. maybe it meant to smeel it or feel the texture or somethin
